Migrate Project to Nuget
Hello :-)
Attachment: Screenshot_657cc38.zip
I need your help by upgrading my projects to the Nuget Releases. So far I always installed the newest version of Syncfusion for WPF and used the Project Migration Tool. Everything worked so far but now I'd like to use the Nuget Packages in the future. I followed several instructions for example this one: Nuget Packages
Now I'm facing two problems:
1. What is the easiest way to migrate to Nuget - because now I'm just searching for each Reference and download it from Nuget. Is there an easier way to do this?
2. In some projects I only see 16.* versions of the Nuget Package and really don't know how to see the 18.* versions. Is there a way to make them visible? Because I can see them in other projects... Even though I have migrated the project with the Project Migration Tool...
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you very much!
Victor

Hi Victor Dienstbier,
Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.
Please find the response for your queries as below,
Query: What is the easiest way to migrate to Nuget - because now I'm just searching for each Reference and download it from Nuget. Is there an easier way to do this?
Response: As of now we don't have the migration tool support to migrate the assembly reference to NuGet reference for the WPF platform. We have created the feature request for this. You can track this feature from the below link
Query: In some projects I only see 16.* versions of the Nuget Package and really don't know how to see the 18.* versions. Is there a way to make them visible? Because I can see them in other projects... Even though I have migrated the project with the Project Migration Tool...
Response: We have checked the screenshot which you have shared and we suspect that you are using the Syncfusion NuGet feed link for WPF in your NuGet package manager. From v17.1.0.32 (2018 Volume 1) release we are publishing all the Syncfusion NuGet packages in the nuget.org Please use the below NuGet feed link in NuGet Package Manager to install/update the latest Syncfusion WPF NuGet packages for your development.

Thank you very much for your support!
Yes you were right I used the syncfusion link for the NuGet Packages... I thought this is a bit easier to find just the syncfusion packages :-S But if I search in nuget.org I see now all versions!!! Perfect!
The migration tool would be amazing! I'm really looking forward to seeing this soon :-)
Until then I will update by myself...
