Did discontinue the Outlook Styled Navigation Pane?

I would like to know if the Outlook Styled Navigation Pane is still availabe in Windows Forms (if it ever has been). I saw this in your website https://www.syncfusion.com/winforms-ui-controls/navigation-pane.
