Is it possible to generate report with Syncfusion + Blazor + Posgtesql

Hi great support,
I have look around checked some repositories.

My database is Postgresql is it suitable?
Do you have any example to share?
*.rdl files are opening as XML in my visual studio 2019 what can i do?

Hi Blazor, 

We can able to use our reports component in Blazor application as shown in below help documentation and we need to add the PostgreSQL data extension in our application. Could you please confirm whether you want use our Report Designer component in Blazor application with PostgreSQL or you want to use the Report Viewer component to rendering the report with PostgreSQL database. It is very useful to provide the sample at our end.

I will use also "Report Designer" also "Report Viewer".

I have downloaded github example;

inside  of wwwroot there is .rld file i couldn't open it with visual stuido 2019 in "designşng view"
How can i open it?

My second question is;
When i run this project datasource options only shows "sql" how can i bind datasource "odata" or "webapi action" or directly postgresql

Could you please confirm whether you cannot able to open one report or all reports to validate the mentioned problem at our end. 
I will use also "Report Designer" also "Report Viewer".

In our ASP.NET Core Report Designer we have SQL datasource only in datasource list. If we want to add the another datasource then we can able to add the datasources using the Extension as shown in below documentation.

here is how i can not display *.rld files in my visual studio .


I can open only as XML . Should i have to download some extension in my visual studio?

Hi Blazor, 

We cannot able to open the RDL report with design view in Visual studio. If you want to get the design view of report then you can open the report in our Standalone Report Designer application as shown in below snap. Or else you can use the Microsoft Report builder to get the designer view. 
 

If you want to open the report in design view then we can able to install the SSDT in visual studio. Please find the below help documentation for your reference.
