Java.Lang.RuntimeException: 'Font asset not found Helvetica'

Hi,

Everytime I want to open the radial menu I have the exception:

Java.Lang.RuntimeException: 'Font asset not found Helvetica'

Is it a bug?

How can I fix this?

I have this error when using SyncFusion without any custom templates and font settings in my Android projects:

Java.Lang.RuntimeException: 'Font asset not found sans-serif' 

SyncFusion: Synv19.4.0.38

We have validated your query and still, we need some more information about your exact issue. Can you please clarify the following, so that we can able to proceed further?

1. Xamarin forms version used in your application
2. In which Syncfusion control you are facing an exception
3. Issue replication code snippets or samples (if possible)
4. Issue replication platform.

Based on this information we will investigate and provide the solution earlier.
