How to change the height and padding of the buttons in the groupdropArea

How do you set the height of the buttons in the groupdrop area ? I can set the font and the color of the buttons but I can not find a property to set the height of the buttons.

We are not clear with your reported query. Can you please provide below details? 

 

1.      We have provided the auto width support for GroupDropArea button. Do you want to manually set this? 

2.      Do you want manual height support or auto height support? 

 

It will be helpful for us to check on it and provide you the solution at the earliest.

I want the ability to change the height of the buttons. An auto change would be great. I reduced the size of the GroupDropArea and when I drag a property into it I can not see the entire button. I could not find a way to change the padding around the button or to change the height of the button. I need to set the dropArea as small as I can to make things fit on the form . I set the header row height to 22. I would like a similar size of button when a header property is dragged into the group drop area. and centered vertically in the group drop area.

We have analyzed and considered your requirement of “AutoFit height for GroupDropAreaItems” and logged feature request for the same. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming release.
