Loading behavior of controls

Hi,

we have a strange issue. When some of your control load, specially the datetimepicker and the dropdown, there is a 100 ms delay for us between initial show and completly rendering. In that time, we see the native html element.

I do not see any loading of css / javascript in the background which could cause the issue. Any idea why i see this behavior and how to prevent it? I attached 2 screenshots and a gif.

I tested another thing, if i have the control on the mainlayout.razor, its immediatly rendered, if it's directly on a page, its not. You can see it in the new gif in second 4.22

Hi Nils,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

Currently we don’t have datetimepicker component as server-side component. That is the reason for the rendering delay to the component. We have already logged this as a feature in our end. We expect that this feature will be published on this volume-2 main release, which is scheduled on end of June 2020. We appreciate your patience until then. You can track the status of the feature in the below feedback link.

Hello Nils,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Syncfusion Components will supported in both server and client side. Currently Calendar, DatePicker and TimePicker Components are Hybrid components. The reported issue “ 100 ms delay in rendering the component” will not occur. But the DateTimePicker and DateRangePicker components are non-Hybrid. So, the reported issue is reproduced in our end and we have already logged as a feature request. The fix for “delay in rendering component” will be included in Hybrid DateTimePicker support, which is expected to be included in Volume 2 release, rolled out on end of June 2020.
