Item with recurrence count=n only displayed n-1 times

Sample recurrence rule :"FREQ=WEEKLY;INTERVAL=1;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR;COUNT=3"item should be displayd 3 times, but is only displayd twice.
