Export Multiple Charts

Hi,

I am trying to export multiple Charts, but cannot get it to work. Do you have a working example plus the server side code that captures the details, and converts them into multiple ChartProperties so that I can see how it all hangs together.

Hi Rob,

We have analyzed your query. From that, as of now in EJ1 chart Multiple chart export is possible only for excel format. We have also attached our UG link for server-side export as requested. Please find the sample and UG link below.

Since we are facing some issues in exporting multiple chart in excel format too. We are working on this we will update the status within two business days (May 26, 2020). We appreciate your patience until then.

We would like to let you know that we are facing some issues in multiple chart export for excel type. We have also logged a defect report on this. You can keep track of the bug from the feedback portal below.

The fix will be available in our volume 2 release which is scheduled to be rolled out by the end of June 2020.

Thanks for being patience. While started to work on the reported scenario, we have noted that, the chart properties for multiple charts is not processed properly, so export throws problem. We have considered this as improvement and logged a feature request on this. Based on other logged tasks priority, this improvement will be available in any of our upcoming release. You can keep track of an improvement from the below feedback link.
