Unable to use "dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm tt" format in format property of DateTimePicker control

Hi Team,

I have a scenario where an API gives date-time formats based on culture.

One of the standard formats is "dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm tt" which is not working in the control. It should show AM/PM format but shows tt instead.

Could you please provide some solution?

I have also attached a demo project with this hard coded format.
