Drag & Drop Sample not working any more

Hi,

  just recently you created a drag & drop sample for sheduler. This is not working any more. The dragged event is not created. Could you please take a look ?

We have checked your reported case “Drag and drop sample not working” with shared the sample and we could not noticed any issues with drag and drop. Meanwhile, the sample is working fine at our end. We have attached the video reference for that which can be downloaded from the below link. 

Kindly check with above video and if it is not your situation kindly share the below details to provide the prompt solution to you. 
  • Did you get any console error ? if so , share the issue details
  • Share Issue depicting image/video

Hi Alagumeena.K ,

  this is strange - we both were right. See attached video. It only starts working after I changed the window from index to something and back. It does not work right from the beginning. I used VS 2019 community 16.5.5 with Syncfusion 18.1.0.52 with German Win 10 prof 64 Ver.1909.

Thanks for sharing details with us. 
  
We have reevaluated your sample and we are able to reproduce the issue when the system region exist with except en-US. So, we considered this as defect and logged the defect report for that which can be tracked from the below link. You can change the system culture as en-US or apply Locale to scheduler at sample end to resolve this issue until we include in release. 
  
We will include the fix for our upcoming patch release which is Scheduled on end of May, 2020

Hi Uwe, 

We are glad to inform that reported issue Scheduler drag and drop has been fixed and included in our latest package 18.1.0.54. So, we suggest you to upgrade the latest package to overcome this issue.
