SfCarousel scrolling issue since version 17.3.0.39

Hello,

I have been trying to use SfCarousel control in one of my Xamarin Android projects recently, and came across this problem where if I scroll the carousel backwards with a quick fling, the the item Z-indexes get mixed up and the item that should be to the right goes behind the item next to it. 

When I was debugging this, I saw that this issue only appears to be happening on Sfcarousel version 17.3.0.39 and above. However, there have been about 17 new releases since then and all of them persists this issue.
