For "Checkbox" grid filtering, how do I add filter-options manually?

In this example:https://ej2.syncfusion.com/angular/documentation/grid/filtering/?no-cache=1#enable-different-filter-for-a-columnThere is a checkbox style filter. However the values that appear on the check list are resolved from data in the grid. As I am dealing with remote data with hundreds of pages, I want to specify them manually. How can I do this?Thank you

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support. 

Based on your update we are unclear about the requirement clearly. By default in EJ2 Grid the filter popup contains the only the data that you have bounded to the grid.
