BusyIndicator disapears on switching to Blend Theme

Hi,

With the new weekly update to 18.1.046 there seems to be a bug in the themes. When switchting to Blend theme the BusyIndicators disapears, when switch to another theme like MaterialDarkBlue the Busyindicator shows up again. I have attached a sample application which shows this.
