Toolbox Installer "You must run the assembly manager utility" Error

Hi,

I am trying to run toolbox installer however i get an error which says "You must run the assembly manager utility". I run the assembly manager from control panel without any errors but I still get the same error from toolbox installer. I uninstalled and installed syncfusion couple of times but no luck.

Here is my attached "gatherlog.zip" file.
