Localization text of a dialog

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a form in the content of a dialog box. Is there any possibilities to localize all of the text in a dialog? (for example the header, button's text and the placeholders in the input fields) 
The content template (the form) is written in html.

So the most important question: Is it possible to localize all of text in a dialog?
