Can't start installations (ver. 18 1 0 42)

Hi all,

I'can't install the offline packets of the 18 1 0 42 version. I tried with MVC, .NET core, windows forms... 

I select the destination folder and click the 'INSTALL' button, but nothing happens...

At the moment, I'm using (without problems) the 16.4 version.

I found a log. The last rows are:

[417C:4524][2020-04-24T13:08:14]i000: Setting string variable 'APPDIR' to value 'D:\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\18.1.0.42\'
[417C:4524][2020-04-24T13:08:17]e000: Not found

Suggestions?

To check the reported issue at our end, please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of complete Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool.

Also please share the screenshot of our offline installers on where it hangs? It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.
