IS there any way I can put Check-Box on Grouped Headers in a Grid?

So that, If I check a checkbox on a Group Header, all check-boxes of a grouped-rows will get selected (check-boxes get selected)

In EJ 2 Grid, it is not feasible to render a checkbox in the group header for selection. However you can use checkbox selection feature of the Grid to select the grid rows. Please find the below
