Thanks for your update.
As updated in our previous update, the same problem in your shared video will be reproduced only when containing cache data in the browser. We have prepared a video demo illustrating this behaviour, when cache data is not cleared the problem will occur, and once we clear the browser cache the issue won’t be reproduced.

Note : You can also check the same by opening in your Incongnito browser window.
So we suggest you to clear the complete browser cache data and also clear your Nuget cache to overcome the problem you are facing.
