At present, we do not support pushpins and draggable markers in Blazor Maps component. We will analyze in this and update you with further details on 24th April, 2020.

Thank you for your patience.
We can create pushpin markers by setting the "MarkerShape" as Image and providing a pushpin image as "ImageUrl". We have created a simple sample to demonstrate the same. Please find the sample from the below link for your reference.
As mentioned in our last update, we do not have support for marker dragging in the Maps component. We have added this feature to our features request link. You can track the status of this feature from the below feedback link.
