SfRichTextEditor problems on iOS
Hi...
Attachment: Captura_de_Tela_20200421_à(s)_18.29.44.png_1034c7b6.zip
On iOS, the SfRichTextEditor when editor are showed with AutoSize="disabled", the toolbar are showed in bottom of the screen. But Editor border are showed like if the property AutoSize are setted with the option "TextChanges" .
When I set the PlaceHolder property and try to swipe on iOS keyboard, the text are shown over the PlaceHolder text.
In attached picture you can see the two errors.
Best regards,
Marcel Souza

Another problem is that when the text grows, it is behind the keyboard.

We have prepared a sample which resolves the bottom border issue in the application which can be downloaded from the following link.
If you still find issues in the sample, kindly share us the modified sample which will be helpful for us to provide a prompt solution at the earlier. |

When I set the PlaceHolder property and try to swipe on iOS keyboard, the text are shown over the PlaceHolder text. |
Currently, there is no feasibility for identify the keys while swipe typing in iOS, so placeholder text is not removed while swiping keyboard. So, we request you to type by pressing the keys in RichTextEditor. |
|
Another problem is that when the text grows, it is behind the keyboard. |
As mentioned in our documentation, it is a known limitation in RichTextEditor while using AutoSize feature. Even few Xamarin controls behaves similar while autosizing in Xamarin.Forms iOS. |
