How to disable temporary the pull to refresh

I'd like to disable temporary the pull to refresh in SfPullToRefresh control. The content of the control shouldn't be disabled. I need it for the CarouselView, which is in the content of SfPullToRefresh. The CarouselView is not the only control in the content view. I've tried to set IsEnabled=false, but it disables the content controls. IsRefreshing=false  doesn't work too.

Your requirement can be achieved by using the Pulling Event we can disable the CircleView while pulling the pullable content. For more details please refer to the below UG link.
