DropDownListFor value does not appear in the grid-dialogtemplate

Dear Customer Service!

Unfortunately I cannot cope with the following problem. I ask for their help in this.

I have attached the screenshots.

The point is that the combo value corresponding to the field value will not be active in the grid-dialogtemplate.

But even after selecting from the list, it does not appear.

Please help them solve problem.

Before proceeding this we need some clarification of your requirement. Please share the below details.

Confirm whether you have dialogTemplate edit or Dialog edit. Because you mentioned grid-dialogtemplate in the query but you have used editType and editParams in the column Modal (from the shared screenshot). While using dialogTemplate in the grid, editType and editParams are not required for the column modal.
Share the full grid code.
Share the clear video demonstration of the reported problem.
Share the scripts version of syncfusion packages.
If possible share the problem reproduced sample with us.

Also refer the below documentation which illustrates available editing features in EJ2 Gird.

if you still face the same problem, please get back to us with the above details to validate further and provide the solution as soon as possible.
