wrong icons / font elements under windows 2003

Dear colleagues!
    When I start program under windows 2016 (framework 4 is target for program), everything is correct (picture 1.png in attachment)
But when I start the same program under windows 2003 standard 32 bit (or develop program under windows 2003, target framework 4, Visual studio 2010) I get wrong icons / font elements like it is shown in picture 2.png in attachment.
Part of this problems (marked green) I can correct - simply assign other icons.
But I don't know how to correct wrong symbols marked with red.
I can (unfortunately) work only on windows 2003 so please help to solve this problem.

Hello Vijayarasan,

    Thank you for help. Maybe it will help to understand what's wrong:

I has installed to server not only MS framework 4 but also 2 things: wic_x86_enu.exe and VC_redist.x86.exe.

Removing both of them not returned items (icons) back.

I have a very similar problem on a Windows 2008 server, see below pics.. So it's not only Server 2003.

Looking forward to your resolution for this problem. Perhaps a font or character set issue on these OS'?

Thanks for your patience.

We have prepared the simple sample in MS and set the font style as “Regular”, the issue raises whereas when font style is set to “Bold”, the icon font are drawn properly. So, we have asked query in Microsoft developer community forum. Please find the below link,
