UpdateTableOfContents is updating table of contents with wrong page numbers

I am using UpdateTableOfContents method of WordDocument class to update table of contents

but this method is not updating correct page numbers to table of contents

I am using version 15.3460.0.26

From the given details, we suspect that, the issue might be specific to the Word document. So, could you please share the complete code example or runnable sample along with input word document, and platform type and also assemblies used at your end to reproduce the reported issue will helpful to provide you the appropriate solution at the earliest.
