Splitter panes are resizable even though you set Resizable property to false (happens after you perform one collapse)

Hello.
I'm using the example you provided for the splitter in which you can control the expand and collapse behaviors.
I need the splitter to be collapsable but not resizable therefore i set the Resizable property to false. This does get rid of the 3 dots in the middle of the separator which induce the idea of resizability, but however when you hover with the mouse over the separator you can still resize the splitter panes. I've attached a text file with the example on which the splitter behaves as described. - the splitter is placed in the second tab (Facebook tab) and styling is exactly as in the example with expand and collapse
!The splitter panes become resizable after you perform one collapse

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Mihai
