Tree grid expand behavior does not work with the material styling

Hello. 

     I've been trying the tree grid component and with this configuration in Host.cshtml:

          <link rel="stylesheet" rel='nofollow' href="~/css/syncfusion-custom-material.css" />

     the expand behavior does not work at all. 

This happens with all of the examples presented for the component but the one i used was this one : https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/tree-grid/column-template?_ga=2.172159843.135358827.1586870311-827250506.1584517392

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Forum. 

Query: Tree grid expand behavior does not work with the material styling

The reported issue is already known issue and we have logged the defect report for the same. Fix for the issue will be included in our upcoming Nuget release which is expected to be rolled out on or before 22^nd April 2020.
