Locale to pt

Hi,

I've tried everything I saw here. Documentation to forum but I can't locale my schedule do pt-br.

I tried to download cldr-data but even it my schedule stay with the "refresh icon" and doens't work.

Now, I'm using a folder with "translate" name at wwwroot and my ca-gregorian, numbers and timeZoneNames json files are there.

Can you give me a sample using this files?
