In our EJ2 version of Gantt, we have support for Resource view. But the UI will be different from what you expected. Tasks assigned to each resources will be displayed in an hierarchy manner. Resources are displayed as parents and all the tasks assigned to each resource are displayed as its child records.

We have planned to provide support to render tasks in a single row, when the parent record(resources) is in the collapsed state. Please find the below feedback link.
As we have already lined up some major features, we could not start its implementation immediately. We will include this support in any of our upcoming releases. Please cast your vote to make it count. We will prioritize the features for every release based on demands.
