How do I hide the navigation pane on the file explorer?

I have a file explorer on my asp.net .aspx page that is working just fine.  I want to adjust the layout so I don't see the navigation pane:

I already have ShowNavigationPane = "False" in my .aspx page code:

<ej:FileExplorer ID="fexplore" runat="server" Height="100%" Width="100%" AjaxAction="Home.aspx/FileActionDefault" EnableResize="True" ShowNavigationPane="False" ShowRoundedCorner="True" ShowToolbar="True" FileTypes="*" ShowFooter="False" ShowThumbnail="True" Layout="Tile" ClientSideOnBeforeOpen="beforeOpen" IsResponsive="True" MinWidth="250px" MinHeight="400px" Path="~/Docs/" ShowTreeview="False">
                                <AjaxSettings>
                                    <Download Url="/downloadFile.ashx{0}" />
                                    <Upload Url="/uploadFiles.ashx{0}" />
                                </AjaxSettings>
                            </ej:FileExplorer>

So how do i make that section disappear?

Thank you!

I will open a ticket, if the control renders on a desktop screen, the navigation pane is gone.  If it renders on a mobile screen the navigation pane is there.

I've opened a help ticket so that i can share my full .aspx file.  I've narrowed it down to devices less than 450px screen width (iphone 5/6/7 etc).

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for sharing us the details.

We are able to replicate the issue in mobile mode with 16.4.0.52 version. This issue has been resolved in later versions (after 17.3.0.9). Please refer to the below image for the rendering of FileExplorer in mobile mode with 17.3 version

You can use the below CDN link of 17.3.0.9 version to ensure this in your end.

We suggest you to upgrade to 17.3.0.9 or later versions to resolve this issue. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.

Regards,
Keerthana.

After changing to the CDN version, it has made no difference, navigation pane is still shown in mobile devices.
