When navigating the Diagram and adding symbols, there are times when the error I enclose occurs, why?

We are unable to reproduce the reported issue from our end.   Please share a sample or video demonstration of illustrating the issue and also please confirm us whether the issue reported in your individual sample or in react diagram builder. This will help us to proceed further.
