Adding blank space near formatted text (HTML)

Hi,

I'm using SfRichTextBoxAdv with HTML text. 

If you try to add text after formatted text, you are unable to set a blank space near it.

We can reproduce the issue with "White space gets removed" in our end and suspect it to be a defect. We will validate this issue and update you with more details on 3^rd April 2020.

We confirmed that the suspected issue with “White space between the words gets removed while loading the HTML document” is a defect. We have logged a defect report. The fix for this defect is estimated to be available on 17^th April 2020.

We have fixed the issue with “white space between the words gets removed while loading the HTML document”. The patch can be downloaded from the below location.

Recommended approach - exe will perform automatic configuration
Please find the patch setup from below location:

To automatically run the Assembly Manager, please check the Run assembly manager checkbox option while installing the patch. If this option is unchecked, the patch will replace the assemblies in precompiled assemblies’ folder only. Then, you will have to manually copy and paste them to the preferred location, or you will have to run the Syncfusion Assembly Manager application (available from the Syncfusion Dashboard, installed as a shortcut in the Application menu) to re-install assemblies.

Hi,

with version 18.1.0.56 the bug is back with a new one.

Now we got a black background to new words and we can't add a blank space.
