Prevent Summary Event dialog displaying

Hi, when adding a new event we don't want the summary dialog to as shown below, we only need the detailed Event dialog displayed, how do we do this?

The Scheduler component support to prevent the summary event dialog displaying by using OpenEditor public method within OnCellClick and OnEventClick scheduler events.
