When ResourceUnitMapping on a Resource is 0% it's displayed in the chart as if it was at 100%

If i have a gantt row item with a WorkMapping value of 30 with 2 resources assigned to it, 1 resource assigned at 100% and another assigned at 0% the duration of the row will display as 15 hours as if both resources were assigned at 100%, when it should display 30 hours.
