dropdownlist Custom value

Hello Team!

How can I implement this in blazor app 

Second question have nothing to do with syncfusion component
I don't know why my font change when I upgrade to the last beta version of synfusion
from this (<link rel='nofollow' href="https://cdn.syncfusion.com/ej2/17.4.55/material.css" rel="stylesheet" /> )
to this (<link rel='nofollow' href="_content/Syncfusion.Blazor/styles/bootstrap4.css" rel="stylesheet" />) even with the full http link the problem is the same
 
if i put the previous stylesheet synfucion likn my font is ok but with the last one my font brake down, i'm i missing something? I follow all the step to upgrade to v18.1.0.36-beta

Answer:  
            Based on your shared themes link, you have reffered latest bootstrap theme instead of material theme. That is the reason for your font changes.  We suggest you use the latest material theme to resolve the issue.

Hello Team!

I run the giving project for combobox filtering template but while writiting in combobox in ordr to add non exixting items it ramdomly remove caracter. on the giving screenshot i just want to write 'camarade' but it work strangly at the end the text on the combobox is not the one i'm typing even if the finding value is in the combobox it the same problem.
