Cannot add theme with sfcombo

Hi,

I try to use theme with sfcombo as,

1) Change theme Name as Office2016Black

2) Use Theme Manager

But, it's not working with sfcombo. can you please send me sample code in vb.net

Update...

Cannot add themes with forms or any other controller except text box. 

I try to add them with new project but the result as same before. 

Please help me soon as possible. i need to complete this project in 2 days.....
