Stacking Area and Stacking Bars doubling up

I've got a series that's DateTime based. I'm having an issue with daylight savings crossover seeming to cause a doubling effect. The doubled bar ends up being the 14th hour combined with the 15th hour when rendered. That's pretty much 12 hours later after the hour was skipped. I've tried passing in UTC time and letting the chart convert it to local time, but the result is the same. Depending on the chart used you'll get a different effect. I had a plain Bar chart, skip both hour 2 and hour 14. I've also tried DateTimeCategory since there's a missing hour but the result is also the same.

Thanks,

Tom

I was talking with a friend and apparently the Fiddle is rendering correctly for him.  This is what I'm seeing below, after adjusting the rate points to vary some.
