Rule is not getting reflected for dateTimepicker values

Hi Team,

I am implementing datetimepicker in queryBuilder using template, Now the problem is, I am predefining rule for querybuilder but those rule is not getting reflected for datetimepicker value but it is getting reflected for field and operators inputs. and any other rule without datetimepicker is applied successfully. 

Can you help me solving this Issue.
