We have checked the reported query “TreeView nodes not showing completely” from our end. Based on the code snippet provided, we have checked the reported issue in our simple sample. But, the reported issue does not occurred from our end. We have attached the tested sample for your reference,
Please check the sample and let us know if you still facing the same issue? If not, please modify our sample to replicate the issue and revert us back with the following details,

- Share code snippet of data population
- Share QueryItemSize event code snippet
- Syncfusion and Xamarin forms updated version
