Moving nodes inside lanes misaligns header, and the constraints aren't respected

Hi,

when I move a node inside a lane (e.g. first node after the second node), the header gets misaligned:

After moving "Customer" after "Business":



Also, when I set the constraints to NodeConstraints.None I still can swap the lanes using drag&drop. According to the documentation settings this should prevent me from doing any operation.

Reported Issue : Swim-lane header is not proper while swapping the lane, when the swimlane NodeConstraints are set to None 
        
We can reproduce the issue. We have confirmed this as a defect. We have logged a defect report for this issue. We will fix this issue and provide the patch on volume 1, release which is scheduled to release by the end of March, 2020.

The reported issue Swim-lane header is not proper while swapping the lane, when the swimlane NodeConstraints are set to None has been fixed and included in volume 1, 2020 release (v18-1-0-42) which is rolled out and available for download under the following link.
