We were able to reproduce the issue “Application crashes while loading document in PdfViewer” in the version 17.4.0.53. We have resolved the issue and generated a custom NuGet with the fix for the issue. Please find the NuGet from the below link

Note : Kindly follow the steps to clear the NuGet cache and then install patched NuGet to get the issue resolved.
This fix will be included in our upcoming weekly release which is expected to be rolled out on 10th March 2020.
