It would be helpful to identify your problem better if you could share the following information,
- Please elaborate on the problem mentioned as group summary can’t work.
- Are any console errors thrown? If so please share it.
- Syncfusion package version used.
- Grid related code file.
- If possible share us a simple sample to replicate the problem or try reproducing it in the above provided sample.
Note: If you are using old Syncfusion packages we suggest you to upgrade them to the latest version and check if this resolves the problem.
