How to map among multiple appointments in schedule (like Predecessor in gantt chart )

Is there any way to map dependency between appointments in schedule like Predecessor  in Gantt chatt.

We have checked the possibility in our source level, but regret to let you know this is not feasible with our scheduler's current architecture.
