Connection is Lost - Nothing is displayed

Question

Hello,I have
created a new razor page in which I am using the EjsDiagram component and I am
using a NodeTemplate with a custom html. At the first loading everything is
working fine, however when I am changing menu(and navigate to a different razor
page) and then I navigate back to the page with the EjsDiagram component I
receive the message "Attempting to reconnect to the server..." and
nothing is displayed.

Please note
that when I have a single node only, this issue appears when I navigate between
the two menus multiple times (6-7 times) while when I have 6 nodes the issue appears
directly.

I have replicated the issue also with your
sample component https://blazor.syncfusion.com/demos/Diagrams/ComplexShapes?theme=bootstrap4Can you please advice?

If the data is load more than 32 KB, then the UI breaks error will occur. Please refer to the below link for more information.

Please use the below code snippet in the “Startup.cs” file to resolve the UI breaks.
