Ink annotations only using a Pen as input device

Question

Hello,

I'm a newbie programmer and I'm trying to develop a small
UWP application for editing a music pdf file.

I noticed that if I execute the pdfViewer.InkAnnotationCommand
I can easily draw annotations on pdf file, anyway I would like to set as source
input for annotations only the Pen of my touch device (Microsoft Surface),
while using the fingers for increasing/decreasing the zoom or for scrolling
down/up the pdf document.

Is that possible?
