Select image popup does not work

Hi

I have noticed two bugs in RTE component:

1. Bug related to thread: https://www.syncfusion.com/forums/150037/show-toolbar-only-when-focused

     According to above link onBlur and onFocus events have been added. But after toolbar was once hidden image popup does not work anymore.

     I have attached demo and video file (Recording#4.mp4) inside attachment to this thread.

2. If You try to set 

toolbarSettings: {

   enable: false

}

when RTE component is placed in bootstrap modal then it appears like below:

Please solve these bugs.

Wehave validated your reported query, we have confirmed “Toolbar once hidden image popup does not work anymore” as a bug from our end and logged the report for the same. The fix will be included in our upcoming patch release, which is scheduled to be roll-out on 19^th February.

Query 2: “When RTE component is placed in bootstrap modal it is not rendered properly” 

 

Wehave validated your reported query, we have confirmed “RichTextEditor component is placed in bootstrap modal it is not rendered properly” as a bug from our end and logged the report for the same. As a work around, we suggest you to render the RichTextEditor when the Dialog is rendered with the Bootstrap “@shown” method. We have also prepared a sample based on your requirement.

We regret for the inconvenience caused, 

  

We couldn’t include both the fix “Toolbar once hidden image popup does not work anymore” & “RichTextEditor component is placed in bootstrap modal it is not rendered properly” with our weekly patch released on 19^th February, due to complexity on resolving the reported issue from our end. We will include both the fix in our next patch release scheduled to roll-out on 26th February.

We have resolved the reported issues “Toolbar once hidden image popup does not work anymore” & “RichTextEditor component is placed in bootstrap modal it is not rendered properly” with RichTextEditor and the fix is now available with the package version 17.4.51.

Can you please upgrade your package to this version to resolve the issue from your end ?
