Excel filter on grid is not working anymore

The excel filter in all the columns is not working anymore.

The dialog is not showing and I get errors in the console.

We have already considered this as a breaking issue and working on this with high priority at our end. Also we have already included the fix same version(17.4.47) and refreshed the packages. Please use the CDN with specific version to resolve the problem.

Note: We will update the CDN & nuget in our upcoming patch release on February 12, 2020.
