The diagram origin starts from the top-left position alone and we don’t have support to start from the bottom-right position.

Thank you for the information.Is there any other possibility to add Extra- Axes to Diagram by hiding its original ruler ShowRulers="false"in inverted position just for the UI display alone?

Yes, you can hide our ruler and can write your own logic to draw a inverted axes in the application level.
