We have already logged the reported issue as defect and created a bug report for that which can be tracked from the below link 

https://www.syncfusion.com/feedback/11235/tab-freezes-the-browser-window. 

We will fix and include it in our upcoming patch release which will be schedule on tomorrow. We would appreciate your patience until then.

We are glad to inform you that the reported issue  “The Tab component is Hung”  has been resolved in our latest release version. So, we suggest you to use our latest package version v17.4.43 to overcome this issue and also use latest min and interop as like below.
