Custom Localization

I wonder if there is a way to localize a control (SfPicker -> Ok, Cancel buttons in my case) manually. I'm an I18N library in my project and would like to avoid using resource files.

Hi Valeriy Kovalenko, 
Greetings from Syncfusion. 
We validated your query and currently do not have direct support to change the OK, Cancel text based on localization without the use of resource files. Hence, we have prepared a sample for your reference to change the "Ok" & "Cancel" text button using the Custom Footer view. As a result, you can customize the text according to your location.
