annotation's dragLimit is ignored for NodeModels

Hello SyncFusion Team,

I'm using the latest version of diagram component in my app:"@syncfusion/ej2-angular-diagrams": "^17.3.34",

I'm trying to enforce a 'dragLimit' on the annotations for my diagram's nodes and connectors. 

While the dragLimit works well for connectors, it does not work for nodes. 

I've attached a stackblitz demo for the issue (notice that you can drag the node's annotation anywhere on the diagram, while the connector's annotation is restricted by the dragLimit).

Is there some setting/configuration that I'm missing?

Currently, we don’t have DragLimit support the node annotations. We have logged “Need to provide DragLimit Support for the Node Annotation” as a feature. You can track the status of the feature from the below feedback link.
